Umi Bet Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and the umi bet ("Platform", "we", "us"). Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential umi bet including your username and password. Umi bet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in keeping your login credentials confidential.

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.

General Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the value of the bonus received, depending on the type of promotion.

The following are strictly prohibited on the umi bet and will result in immediate action without prior warning:

Umi bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice under the following circumstances:

If an account is closed at the member's own request (voluntary closure) with no terms violations, any withdrawable balance will be refunded within 5 business days of the request being received and verified.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw any eligible balance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties, and if that fails, through the appropriate arbitration or tribunal process under Malaysian law.
